YES, custom pieces are so fun to make. Creating a one of a kind piece unique to you is just an email away!

WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCTION TIME?

Production time is typically between 10 - 15 business days

Custom pieces take approximately 3 - 4 weeks

During high volume periods - such as holidays - please expect extended production and processing times, and possibly shipping delays.

LOST PACKAGES

Ahhh, we all hate a lost package!

That being said Manufaktur 6 will do everything in its capability to assist you if your package gets lost in transit, shoot us an email!

Manufaktur 6 cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

Manufaktur 6 requires a signature for all packages over $500. If you would like to ask for a signature on a package less than $500, please include this information in the “Special Instructions” at checkout.

REPAIRS

At Manufaktur 6, quality and craftsmanship is always a priority. Manufaktur 6 products have a complementary repair six month from purchase date (shipping is not covered by Manufaktur 6 in the complementary repair). Shoot an email with some basic information and a photo, Manufaktur 6 will respond within 1-2 business days. Manufaktur 6 reserves the right to reject damages in need of repair that have resulted from abuse.

Manufaktur 6 knows you’ll want to wear your pieces daily, and they are meant to be worn daily! However, jewelry is by its very nature, delicate.

If you should experience the need for a repair after six months:

Repairs will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense (base rate is in the $40 range + $15 shipping each way).
